Karlene is a master degreed mechanical engineer with specialty skills in regulatory compliance. Her experience includes waste water, air and noise permitting, storm water management including hydraulic modeling and analysis, methane and radon mitigation and research and data collection for environmental impact statements. She works with our clientele from the industrial, manufacturing and public sectors.
